The owner of this hotel is originally from Koka city, southern Shiga prefecture,
where used to be the city of Konan, former home to the 'Koka' or 'Koga' School of Ninja.
The owner is originally from Koka City and is believed to share the same last name
as one the warriors of the 53 Koka families who fought bravely against the shogun.
This is one of the reasons why the hotel was opened;
to bring you one step closer with the world of ninjas and experience some of its atmosphere.
